**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Yardi software for property management tasks including data entry, filing, and customer relationship management.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure maintenance standards are met and coordinate with maintenance staff using CMMS.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by training and supervising office staff as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in office administration or property management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Familiarity with Yardi software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Proficient in data entry, filing systems, and general office procedures.
- Strong phone etiquette with effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an ability to market properties effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity for growth within the organization while contributing to creating a welcoming community for all residents.
Pay: $34,811.11-$40,000.00 per year
