As Resident Services Manager, you will manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations at one purpose-built rental property: 85 homes at Lynn Living Apartments in North Vancouver.
From preparing lease documents, to managing rent collection and doing daily inspections and light cleaning, you take pride in ensuring the facilities you manage are exceptionally maintained and presented, and a better rental experience is provided for current and prospective residents.

Who You Are
You have a vehicle and are comfortable driving to your assigned buildings and others as needed for vacation coverage or training purposes. Experience in a similar role and exposure to the Residential Tenancy Act are ideal.
You have prior experience working in customer service and excellent English communication skills. Bonus points if you speak another language.
You take ownership of your work, are organized, a good planner, and have a demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and common issues using sound judgement and operating in a manner which is firm but fair.
You are comfortable working a variety of shifts, including being on call and weekends as needed (move in / outs). You have experience troubleshooting minor repairs.
You have good administrative skills and experience using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). You have a continuous improvement mindset and are eager to learn and grow.
Finally, you’re a team player who brings out the best in others. You have a ‘can-do’ attitude and see possibilities and opportunities all around you.
