The **Project site in Hamilton, Ontario **is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and professional **Site Administrator** to join the team.

**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**:
- Reporting to the Area Manager and Project Manager, the Site Administrator will be responsible for coordinating administrative site services such as: Procurement, Safety, payroll, Tool Crib and I.T related items.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Administers site-operating practices such as record keeping systems, document control, office layout and payroll administration using applicable systems, as well as new hires, safety etc.
- Ensure that time sensitive items such as payroll is accurately completed and submitted to head office for processing in a timely fashion.
- Coordinates collection and preparation of project related records and reports.
- Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities.
- Performs a variety of administrative duties using multiple systems in line with procedures.
- Performs photocopying duties of important documentation and files appropriately.
- Organizes and posts data into record books.
- Records and files service and change orders.
- Provides and receives information to and from customers, suppliers and project Managers.
- Prepares site supply inventory and coordinates site supplies for purchase.
- Operates office equipment such as computers, fax machines, and photocopiers.
- Opens and re-routes incoming mail, answers correspondence and prepared outgoing mail.
- Greets constructions site visitors and provides support as necessary.
- Exercises sound judgment and assumes responsibility for decision, consequences and results that may affect staffing, costs and/or quality of service.
- Ensures responsibilities and accountabilities are carried out in accordance with E.S. Fox Limited's safety policy, procedures, ISO 18001 standards and OHSA requirements.
- Performs such other reasonable duties and responsibilities as may be required to maintain an effective functioning site office.
- Other administrative duties as required.
**KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**:
- Completion of College level Diploma in Business Administration
- Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
**SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**:
- Previous Administrative experience within a construction-site environment is preferred.
- Three (3) years' experience working in an Administrative capacity in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
