**Job Overview**

**Skills**
- perate excavators to excavate trenches, dig foundations, and perform other tasks as required for concrete sidewalk, curb, and trench work projects
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and conducting regular equipment inspections

- **Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid operator's license and certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions

**Work Environment**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to perform tasks accurately
- Perform pre
- and post-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper function and maintenance
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters, laborers, and engineers, to ensure project goals are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to company standards and regulations
- Perform other tasks as required, including manual labor, to support the construction team.

Pay: $26.49-$46.36 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
