**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Train junior sheet metal workers on fabrication of custom flashing profiles
- Ensure inventory is accounted for at all times and remains organized to a high standard
- Maintain quality control of finished products and meet all deadlines

Foreman will be assigned to jobs to measure or check on the status of particular jobs. This position may also be required to step in and help fellow site Foremen running flashing jobs by ordering and scheduling materials for work.

Regular meetings with the Superintendent will be required to discuss deadlines and site budgets.

**Hiring Requirements**:

- Architectural Sheet Metal ticket
- 5 years experience working as a Foreman in Architectural Sheet Metal
- Strong problem solving and organizing abilities
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to detect potential problems in workflow
- Knowledgeable in RCABC standards
- Architectural Sheet Metal / Worker Ticket
- Your Orientation and Training:

- Raven provides a thorough health and safety orientation, Fall Protection and WHMIS training
- Hazard assessments are held when work plans change and Toolbox meetings are held for the crew to discuss site changes
- Ongoing training as required

**Salary**: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
