Quest are looking for a **Sheet Metal Apprentice **to join our team in **Vancouver**. This is an entry level role, where you will be working with others to learn the trade and assist them in their day to day, which includes fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal products.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Store incoming material.
- Assist with shipping and receiving of items, loading trucks.
- Work together with Quest Journeyman Mechanics to help perform tasks.
- Attend Sheetmetal training center with the intent of pursuing a red seal journeyman’s ticket.
- Help teammates to clean and organize the shop space.
- Perform other shop tasks and duties as required.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- You have an interest in mechanical career path (assembling, welding, etc.).
- A valid driver’s license would be an asset.
- You can lift 50lbs consistently.
- You are willing to join a Sheetmetal workers union or be a current member (Local 280).
- You have a high attention to detail.
- You are a proven team player.
- You are tech savvy, and capable of operating job necessary computer programs.
