**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients by providing timely, accurate, and personalized support
- Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and cancellations
- Assist with new business quoting and placement in collaboration with producers
- Build strong relationships with underwriters to secure appropriate coverage and competitive pricing
- Maintain well-organized client files using digital systems
- Support clients through the claims process by offering guidance and follow-through

**What You Bring**
- Experience in commercial lines insurance (typically two to three years or more)
- A solid understanding of commercial insurance products and markets
- A Level 2 insurance license in Saskatchewan, or eligibility to obtain it
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain coverage clearly and professionally
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management abilities
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to client service
