Under the WCG Service System Manager framework, we deliver innovative programs that help clients achieve meaningful, sustained employment while supporting employers in building strong teams.

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a **dynamic, results-driven Manager of Employment Services** to lead a team of Employment Services professionals, including Employment Counsellors, Job Developers, and Administrative staff. This is a pivotal role for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a measurable impact on people’s lives.
- **Lead and Inspire**: Supervise and coach a diverse team to deliver exceptional employment services and meet performance targets.
- **Drive Operational Excellence**: Oversee day-to-day program delivery, ensuring compliance with WCG standards and organizational policies.
- **Achieve Outcomes**: Monitor client employment and retention results, ensuring programs meet or exceed contractual goals.
- **Build Partnerships**: Maintain strong employer relationships to secure job opportunities and support sustained employment.
- **Grow** **Community Partnerships**: Strengthen client intake and support client pathways.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Manage reporting, risk identification, and adherence to funding requirements.
- **Manage Budgets**: Operate within allocated resources and support financial accountability.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 5+ years of experience in employment services, workforce development, or related fields.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+ staff.
- Strong operational management skills with a focus on outcomes and compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Knowledge of Ontario employment services and WCG framework is an asset.
- Ability to pass a Level 2 criminal background check.
