**Who we are looking for**:A mature, reliable, punctual, energetic and passionate individual who is willing an able to work as a permanent full time employee in fast past environment. You must be capable of lifting 50 lbs, have a good customer service skills & attitude, as well as an active team player.

**Company Description**:Industrial Paint Coatings is a family run paint store servicing the Industrial, commercial and residential paint community for the last 50 years. We offer our customers an extensive range of products from multiple top industry brands, such as; Benjamin Moore, Allcolour, Canlak, Goudey, and many more. Our goal is to service our customers with the best quality products, service and knowledge our industry can provide. Building customer relationships, knowledge and trust is our top priority.

As a permanent full time employee you will be responsible for the following tasks;
- Paint mixing
- Providing exceptional customer service, including paint colour suggestions and product recommendations
- Paint colour matching
- Shipping and receiving
- Monitor stock and inventory levels
- Help maintain store cleanliness
- Use POS system to complete debit, credit and cash sales
- A minimum of 1 year of Previous retail experience
- Must have GED / high school diploma
- Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs comfortably (ie: 5 gallon paint pail)
- Punctual and reliable

**Shift Description**: All shifts are on rotation and are team oriented. Therefore require a _reliable_ and _punctual_ team member. All shifts will be on rotation with the following factors;
- Monday - Friday Day Shifts (shift will be between the hours of 7 am - 5 pm)
- Some half day Saturday shifts - on rotation (8 am - 1pm)
- Opening and closing procedures
- No evenings Shifts
- 40 hour work weeks

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour

- All customers and staff are required to wear a mask
