**About Match Retail**

**Position Overview**
Match Retail is seeking energetic and results-driven **Coffee Sales Advisors** to represent a premium coffee machine brand within Costco. As a Coffee Sales Advisor, you will engage with customers, highlight key product features, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. If you are an outgoing and proactive individual with a passion for sales, this role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively engage with customers, effectively communicate product benefits, and create a compelling shopping experience.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable coffee machines to drive sales.
- Work independently at the kiosk, ensuring an inviting and organized display.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

**What We Offer**
- ** Program Duration**: October to - December 8, 2025, with potential opportunities for future programs.
- ** Hours**: 40 hours per week; shifts from Thursday to Monday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- ** Compensation**: $25 per hour + sales incentives per machine sold.
- ** Training**: Paid online training (schedule to be confirmed).

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **6 months of retail sales experience**, ideally with sales targets or incentives.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Comfortable initiating conversations, engaging customers, and closing sales.
- Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast-paced retail setting.
- Previous experience in Costco or retail sales is an asset.
- ** Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality.**:

- ** Access to a vehicle is required.**:

- ** Valid Food Handler Certification is required.**:

- Full availability **Thursday to Monday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM**.
