This is a 6 month contract opportunity.
**What you’ll do**:
- Design and develop instructional materials and curriculum using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Audiate, Vyond, and other instructional design tools.
- Create engaging and interactive e-learning modules, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Develop face-to-face and virtual instructor-led training sessions that align with identified learning objectives and meet the training needs of the learners.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through formative and summative evaluations.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training materials and delivery methods.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.
- Using AI to assist with development would be considered an asset.
**What you bring**:
- Certificate in Adult Education or a related discipline.
- Post-secondary education in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Proficiency in using instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Audiate, Vyond, and other relevant tools.
- Experience in developing e-learning modules, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Experience in facilitating face-to-face and virtual instructor-led training sessions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
