**Materials Supervisor**
The Materials Supervisor is responsible for all order preparations, communication, and shipments as they would relate to the production side of the business and as further outlined below. This Position works closely with the Program Managers and the **Production & Validation**Management Team. It ensures efficient operations with adequate resources to fulfill customer demands and plant requirements. This individual will comply with provincial and federal legislation, company and health & safety policies and ISO quality program and procedures.

**Job Details**:

**Qualifications**:

- The ability to navigate customer portal functions and communicate directly with customer as required
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation,
- leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Capable of forecasting, scheduling, planning, and solving problems
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Willingness to lead, take charge and offer opinions and direction
- Ability to adapt and welcome change in a positive manner
- Capable of operating heavy equipment such as a forklift and crane

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be able to stand and or sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms and/or legs
- Must be able to lift heavy material (ex. up to 20 lbs.)
- Occasional overtime and travel may be required
- Exposure to noise
