**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Decorate cakes and other desserts with creativity and attention to detail.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Package finished products for sale while ensuring quality presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet production demands and maintain inventory levels.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods related to baking.
- Experience in cake decorating with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Familiarity with food preparation processes in a restaurant or kitchen environment.
- Ability to handle food safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods.
