Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team and help us create delicious baked goods for our customers. As a Baker at Moon Cafe, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all baked goods are fresh, delicious, and visually appealing
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal results
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines while working in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new and innovative baking recipes
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a cafe or bakery setting
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 32 per week
