**The Role**

**What You’ll Do**
- **Advanced troubleshooting and repairs**: Diagnose and repair irrigation systems, including controllers, backflow preventers, wiring, and drip components.
- **System upgrades**: Recommend and install upgrades such as **multi-zone retrofits** and **efficiency-boosting components** to optimize system performance.
- **Seasonal maintenance**: Perform start-ups, mid-season check-ups, and winterizations for residential and commercial irrigation systems.
- **Client communication**: Provide professional updates and clear explanations to clients about work completed, system status, and suggested improvements.
- **Identify sales opportunities**: Flag potential system upgrades, repairs, or services for follow-up by the Sales/Service Manager.
- **Team collaboration**: Communicate effectively with support staff to ensure smooth scheduling, job execution, and client satisfaction.

**What You Bring**
- **2+ years of experience** servicing, maintaining, and upgrading irrigation systems.
- **IIABC CIT Level 2 Certification** (or a willingness to pursue with **company sponsorship**).
- **Backflow Certification** or a willingness to obtain (an asset).
- Proven ability to **problem-solve independently** and perform advanced technical repairs to a high standard.
- Excellent **communication skills** with a strong focus on client satisfaction and professionalism.
- A **Class 5 Driver’s License** with a clean driving record.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
