We’re looking for a reliable and team-oriented hybrid Delivery Driver & Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the road and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves in a warehouse setting. You’ll split your time between making timely deliveries and supporting our order fulfillment operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliveries
- Safely deliver orders to stores using a company vehicle (refrigerated van or double-axel box truck).
- Verify deliveries against invoices and ensure products are in presentable conditions
- Follow customer delivery instructions and provide excellent service.
- Follow all highway traffic rules and wear clean, branded apparel.

Truck / Vehicle
- Complete daily pre
- and post-trip inspections.
- Report mechanical issues and ensure delivery tools (e.g., dolly, thermal bags) are stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery truck.

Warehouse Operations
- Pick and pack orders accurately and build pallets for routes.
- Scan products, follow FIFO (first in, first out), and prepare customer pick-up orders.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., power walkie) and assist with loading.
- Perform tasks in varying temperatures and support team tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 2-5 years of delivery driving experience.
- Valid Class 3 license and clean drivers abstract.
- General warehouse/order picking experience is an asset.
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments.
- Valid forklift license is an asset.
