**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior System/Network Administrator to join our IT team. This entry-level position is ideal for talented recent graduates or individuals with 2-3 years of foundational knowledge of IT systems and networking who are eager to grow their careers in systems and network administration. You will assist in maintaining and supporting our organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and performance across systems, networks, and end-user environments.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Monitor and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Assist in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Support day-to-day IT operations, including user account management, permissions, and system updates.
- Perform routine network administration tasks (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide technical support to end users.
- Assist with patch management, backups, and system monitoring.
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, network improvements, and cloud work.
