At Ever Expanding Coaching Ltd., we help people create and live a life they love through powerful transformational coaching programs. We are currently hiring **heart-centered, high-performing Program Sales Experts** to join our mission-driven team.

This is a **flexible remote** position (with occasional live event support) designed for individuals who are not just great at sales — but **deeply passionate about personal development** and making an impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Pre-Qualified Strategy Sessions**Lead 45-60 minute phone or video calls with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our coaching programs. Help them clarify their vision, identify what’s holding them back, and support them in making empowered decision.
- **Live Event Enrollment**Attend live in-person or virtual events, engage attendees in meaningful conversations, and follow up with potential clients pre
- and post-event.
- **Enroll with Integrity**Build trusting relationships by listening deeply and offering clear, values-aligned coaching program options based on client goals.
- **Collaborate & Communicate**Partner with our marketing and client care teams to ensure a seamless client journey, from first contact to enrollment.
- **Stay Informed**Continually develop your understanding of our coaching programs, client success stories, and transformational tools to serve others powerfully.
- **Track & Optimize**Record and report on sales conversations, outcomes, and metrics. Use feedback and data to grow in your role and impact.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven success in sales, especially in a consultative or coaching-style environment
- Deep passion for personal development and a genuine desire to help others transform their lives
- Excellent communication skills — both compassionate listener and confident speaker
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets
- Comfortable conducting 45-60 minute phone strategy sessions with prospective clients
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly in 1:1 conversations
- Skilled at asking powerful questions and guiding others toward empowered decisions
- Tech-savvy and able to navigate CRM systems, scheduling tools, and Zoom if needed.
- Able to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team
- Availability to work flexible hours with a blend of daytime, evening and Saturday hours available.

- Part-time, with a swell in hours during event times.
- Flexible work schedule with weekend support during events
- We welcome applicants who are interested in either employment or a contract-based opportunity.

- Majority of work will be completed remotely from home
- Occasional in person meetings and team gatherings
- On-site support for events at Evario Event Centre in Edmonton, AB
