**POSITION:                  Member Service Representative - Summer Student**

**LOCATION: Sudbury Travel Store**: **100 Donna Dr. Unit D11, Sudbury ON**

**TERM**: **Full-Time, May - August**

**WAGE**: **$17.00 per hour**

**Summary Description**

The Member Service Representative t works with CAA members to sell and renew memberships, produce triptiks, provide CAA materials, and sell merchandise.  Participation in consumer information sessions and other travel-related events as required.

**Job Duties**
- Provide members with Auto Travel materials and related services including triptiks, maps, and tour books
- Sell, upsell and renew memberships
- Promote and sell travel merchandise
- Answer member/client inquiries

- Enrolled full-time in the previous academic year and returning full-time in the upcoming academic year
- Students registered in Travel & Tourism program or related discipline preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Fluency in both official languages is an asset

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
