**About us**

FINO Decor is a Vancouver-based, professional, and creative team aiming for wedding and event decoration. Our team wants to create a one-of-a-kind experience for each of our clients with our professional knowledge, passion, and creativity.

**Qualifications**
- Working experience in customer service (preferred)
- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (preferred)
- Driving license (preferred)

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Assist with consultations with customers to discuss their wedding vision and preferences, mark down important information for future usage
- Create and design suitable wedding plan (including recommending venues, vendors and decoration ideas) based on customers’ needs, adjust the plan according to all aspects of wedding planning and budget demands.
- Manage required documents related to wedding planning.
- Create detailed timelines and schedules and meet ensure the tasks are completed on time.
- Manage and communicate with vendors throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
- Assist with handling any issues or emergencies that arise on the wedding day
- Provide guidance and support to the bride and groom throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
- Ensure that all details are in place and executed properly
- Ensure the wedding day runs smoothly and according to plan
- Cooperate with décor team and labour team to ensure to provide excellent service.

- Proficient in Microsoft software and can adapt quickly with new software
- Able to life at least 40 pounds

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burnaby, BC V5J 1E6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
