**Position Overview**

This is a great opportunity to grow your marketing skills and make a direct impact on our brand. The position is remote, with regular check-ins and training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help to develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Produce high-quality content for various platforms (blogs, reels, shorts, newsletters, ecommerce store, and advertisements)
- Manage and enhance our social media presence, creating compelling content and engaging with followers.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and giveaways.
- Design and update product packaging to reflect the farm's evolving brand, and maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Ensure our ecommerce store is visually appealing with consistent branding, user-friendly and optimized for sales
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor website traffic and performance metrics; analyze data to inform future marketing strategies.
- Manage WordPress websites including updates, content management, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- A digital marketing degree, diploma or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques to optimize website content effectively.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, developing comprehensive marketing plans across different online platforms
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing, and familiarity with social media platforms
- Highly self-motivated, quick to learn, and self-directed with good time management skills
- Excellent communication, writing, and content creation abilities.
- Must have a personal computer equipped to fulfill job requirements
- Tech savvy with strong research and problem solving skills
- Customer service experience is an asset

- _Knowledge of, or interest in, mycology and gardening is an asset_
