**Responsibilities**:
Order Entry
- Accurately enter customer orders into the company’s internal systems.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of order information, including product details, quantities, and pricing.

Order Verification
- Confirm that customer orders comply with the company policies and procedures.
- Validate product availability and inform customers of any potential delays or issues.

Communication
- Communicate with clients, sales representatives, and other management to address inquiries and provide status updates.
- Resolve issues relating to orders, such as, discrepancies, cancellations, or changes.

Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date order records and documentation.
- Generate and distribute order confirmations and invoices to customers

Shipping Confirmation
- Arrange accurate shipping for customers.
- Generate shipping labels and other necessary documentation.
- Keep detailed records of shipping and receiving.

Customer Support & Troubleshooting
- Assisting customers with minor troubleshooting tips and tricks
- Assisting customers with minor account requests

Support the Business Sales team with daily administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
- General technical knowledge of cellular and wireless data devices
- General knowledge of SaskTel services
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and OneDrive.
