Marketing Coordinator

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing projects, trade marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, POS displays, and promotional assets retailers (digital and print)
- Work with external graphic designers and vendors partners for creating assets
- Evaluate and analyze retail market trends to provide actionable marketing insights
- Assist with building trade marketing budget and quarterly forecast
- Update and maintain price lists, product catalogs, and SKU assortment plans
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Assist in developing merchandising strategies for key accounts (including retail kits and planogram creation)
- Track and report on marketing activities and trends
- Identify trade show/event opportunities and facilitate logistics
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications and Expectations**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Advanced understanding of marketing principles, specifically within trade marketing
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an asset

**Work Conditions**
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts during the day
- Some evening and weekends as required
- Some travel required
