**POSITION MANDATE**

The Marketing Coordinator at Rayhawk will support marketing and communication activities and campaigns. This entry-level role is ideal for a self-learner and go-getter who thrives in a dynamic environment. The incumbent will work directly with the Director of Operations, focusing on marketing support, content development, and graphic design.

**REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES**
- Marketing_
- Execute digital marketing strategies, including building and managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Create, write, edit, and share digital marketing content that delivers measurable results.
- Support brand development while maintaining a consistent brand image.
- Ensure marketing materials are up to date, including content and design.
- Coordinate company presence at industry events.
- Plan and execute digital and social media programs across various platforms.
- Maintain website accuracy and updates.
- Conduct market research on key industries.
- Bring new and innovative ideas to the team to enhance processes and efficiencies.
- Complete miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
- Branding_
- Utilize experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc.), design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign), and website/e-commerce (Squarespace).
- Participate in the creation and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency both internally and externally.
- Engage in events to build and enhance brand awareness.
- Develop templates for outward-facing documentation to align with brand standards.
- Ensure consistent use of Rayhawk branded merchandise and logos.
- Communication_
- Support communication strategies that align with marketing goals.
- Assist in creating content for internal communications, including corporate websites, and update content as needed.
- Craft and post company updates and information for internal distribution.
- Administration_
- Monitor marketing projects and analyze metrics to ensure a positive return on investment.
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of Rayhawk.
- Collaborate with colleagues to collect new data and integrate it into strategic plans.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

Post-secondary diploma/degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent industry experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Deliver marketing materials that meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Regularly meet with the Director of Operations to discuss reporting, analytics, and recommendations.
- Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Comply with internal quality standards, policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

**JOB SCOPE**

Is responsible for work and special assignments as well as day-to-day operational activities. The emphasis is on assisting in the delivery of direct marketing services. Provides input into, and ensures compliance with, marketing standards and practices. Possesses solid understanding of RTI services and products, its customer base, its competitors, and the industry.

**EFFORT**

Manages marketing assignments with competing timelines and shifting priorities. Deals with emerging and unpredictable events in a timely manner. Builds and maintains effective working relationships with the team and customer contacts. Reviews own work as required and accepts accountability for results.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

The incumbent works in an office environment. May be required to attend promotional events such as trade shows.
