- Operate hand tools and power tools effectively to remove snow and ice.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and minor repairs as needed.
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as digging, building structures, or irrigating areas as required during off-seasons.
- Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and free of hazards during snow removal operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate and maintain hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Previous experience in landscaping or maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings during snow events.
