Surveyor

Tedescon is currently seeking a Surveyor to join our team

Following are the required roles, responsibilities, and experience requirements:

- coordinating and laying out various aspects of construction projects with a high level of accuracy i.e.roads, underground structures and topos
- ensuring the design criteria is adhered to and well documented as per contract requirements
- Post-secondary education in Surveying or Geomatics
- Knowledge of survey practices and standards in Ontario
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction surveying industry preferred in roads and underground works
- Strong computer skills and proficient in the use of office, data, surveying and engineering based software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skill
- Knowledge of design and survey methods
- GPS and total station experience required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Available to travel to various projects across the province of Ontario
- Driver’s license (Class G).
- Ability to work well with others
