**What You'll be Doing**:

- Set-up of new employees, customers, and vendors
- Maintenance of accounting records and subledgers
- Processing of weekly trade payrolls and cheque runs
- Reconciliation of bank balances and intercompany accounts
- Preparation of monthly compliance reporting
- Identification and posting of adjusting journal entries

**What You Bring**:

- Degree/diploma/certification in accounting or bookkeeping
- 2+ years experience in full-cycle accounting positions
- Proficient in QuickBooks - AR, AP, and Payroll modules
- Experience processing payroll in a unionized environment
- Construction and Real Estate industry experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Sage 300 CRE and Procore (preferred)
