Required skills:

- Development and delivery of functionalities, improvements and patches that meet the criteria specified by the architects
- Provide technical expertise to define the design and development standards of solutions, contribute to the planning of the roadmap and support the alignment of the technological solution with the project teams
- Coach your peers to make them evolve
- Create, challenge or contribute to architectures, developments and other necessary tasks as needed to ensure the a delivery of solutions
- Creation and execution of unit and integration tests to guarantee the quality and reliability of the solutions.
- Understand and determine the risks and issues related to the chosen solution.
- Use influence to recommend methods to improve the reliability, efficiency and quality of data Your profile

Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and four years of relevant experience OR University certificate/Diploma of college studies and seven years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis
- Knowledge of the IT ecosystem of the banking sectors Business ( Asset)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban)
- Experience in complex project delivery and multiple integrations
- Experience in ERP, CRM and business systems project delivery.
- Experience in delivery in SAFE mode, Agile Jira, Confluences etc.
- Experience in business process management
- Experience in change management
- Great ability to think strategically, strong vision, excellent skills in analysis and synthesis, as well as oral and written communication
- Ability to work in a team and to facilitate decision-making
- Experience in working in cooperation with multiple Business and IT architects, business analysts as well as several Product Owners.
- Understanding of the delivery cycle/life cycle of products/services, desirable
- Rigor and great ability to take charge
- Customer orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Team player, ability to influence and positively mobilize stakeholders
- Adaptability in a changing context
- Leadership, initiative, autonomy and communication skills
- Bilingualism (spoken/written) in French and English.
