**Benefits Analyst - Remote Position**

Strong communication is key to creating awareness and clearly articulate the programs that Home Depot Canada offers to associates to reach their individualized needs as it relates to their health and wellness goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Manager, Disability and Benefits to effectively deliver a health and wellness strategy for The Home Depot Canada
- You will be responsible for the analysis of the group benefits plan, leave of absence process, as well as other discount and wellness programs
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders and vendors to gather benefits insights and trends to stay competitive
- Required to leverage reports, data, trends and insights to provide recommendations to enhance the benefits strategy across the Canadian division
- Evaluate existing benefit programs and proposing changes, as well as development new programs
- Join industry groups to share and gain best practices
- Create and customize communication materials, such as presentations and information packages, to keep associates and leaders updated current and new programs

**Experience / Knowledge Required**:

- Have a strong grasp of the benefits industry
- Experience shown in anticipating customer needs and providing services that are beyond customer expectations
- Proven ability to maintain and grow relationships with key accounts
- Ability to set aggressive goals and meet your own high standards, putting in extra effort to meet deadlines
- Pursues everything with energy, drive and the need to finish
- Ability to deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. Articulating messages in a way that is broadly understandable.
- Actively listens and checks for understanding.
- Proven ability to deliver insights that guide the business and drive change
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple requests concurrently, while remaining accountable to your stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Team player with high energy and demonstrated initiative
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership teams
