**Responsibilities**
**Advertising Campaign Management**
- Coordinate with third-party media vendors to create and implement advertising campaigns that support study-related recruitment objectives at clinical research sites in Probity’s site network
- Create supplementary recruitment materials to provide additional support for study-related recruitment objectives
- Review, revise, and facilitate and/or implement requested changes to advertising materials in order to ensure satisfaction and standards compliance with external stakeholders
- Serve as the primary communication liaison for internal and external stakeholders & vendors to ensure the timely delivery of advertising materials and campaigns
- Ensure timely uploads of information regarding actively-recruiting studies to Probity’s study website database to maximise visibility and participation rates
- Ensure timely removal of information regarding complete studies from Probity’s study website database to prevent resource wastage and possible study protocol deviations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, Probity project managers, and site staff to ensure campaign success
**Collaboration & Training**
- Contribute to team and one-on-one meetings with the Advertising Lead to highlight process concerns and develop potential process improvements and/or process innovations
- Assist the Team Lead, when needed, in conducting training of team members and new hires to ensure comprehensive and effective onboarding and that KPIs, processes, and procedures are correctly understood and implemented to maximise department efficiency
- Other responsibilities related to supporting Advertising Associate in their primary responsibilities, as required

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- A bachelor’s degree in Health or Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of clinical research related experience
- Ability to highlight critical criteria and incorporate them into advertising material
- Knowledge of / experience with clinical trial advertising and/or recruitment, as well as the restrictions involved, would be an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects.
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and PDF software
- Ability to follow through and complete overlapping or competing tasks
**Working Conditions**
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
