Here at **DashVapes**, we pride ourselves on customer service and strongly believe we are here to change people's lives for the better. Finding an alternative to smoking is a hard task and can often be extremely difficult. We make it a priority to be an ongoing support system creating a safe learning environment for everyone.

We are currently seeking a personable and knowledgeable individual to represent our brand and be a pillar of support for our customers and team members. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding our culture, beliefs, and business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Possess intermediate/advanced knowledge of vaping/e-cigarettes
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
- Maintain a sense of urgency and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- High school education or equivalent required, with a minimum of 1-year retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with computers and data/web searches

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Operate cash register in accordance with policies and procedures
- Maintain proper merchandise presentation and a clean work area
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection
- Stay up-to-date on promotions and advertisements
- Embody company culture and values
- Give and receive constructive feedback

Other:

- **Location**:628 King St N, Waterloo, ON
- **Schedule**: 11 am-7 pm, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (3 days per week or more as needed)
- **Compensation**: $17.00 / hour
- **Weekend work required**
