We are looking for a **People Business Partner** to join our People & Culture Team. The ideal person is a motivated and results-driven individual who is looking to join an early stage technology company and help us drive growth and innovation.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Support managers on employee development, relations issues; ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations; provide guidance in handling difficult situations.
- Handle internal programs (leadership training, employee engagement surveys, annual performance assessment, etc.)
- Ensure employee files are maintained accurately; coach managers on performance improvement opportunities related to employee development or policy violations.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation and make recommendations regarding changes that need to be made within the organization's policies & programs.
- Manage various duties related to total rewards (administration of benefits plan, payroll, etc.)
- Participate in various operational duties related to onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Promote positive working environment through continual engagement programs such as activities/events, town halls etc.; work closely with employees at all levels of the organization on matters concerning their development, morale and general wellbeing.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years in People-related functions
- 1+ years being responsible for Business Partner programs
- Be passionate about people
- Results driven and outcomes focused
- Well organized and able to manage priorities
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment
