As the People Business Partner you will support leaders and employees, serve as a consultant to business leaders and partner with global HR to advance Bio-Techne’s people priorities. You will be responsible for supporting People initiatives across assigned client groups and advancing the OneHR global strategy. People Optimization: Provide a leadership role at the site to enhance the people experience through strategic partnership, global practices and streamlined processes. Improve our People process to positively impact our employee experience .
