- **MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH and CHINESE (MANDARIN)**
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Provide exceptional guest experiences for all our patrons one drink at a time
- Craft tea beverages, prepare toppings, and package food for customers
- Operate the Point of Sales (POS) and safely handle cash
- Maintain safe and healthy work environments by following company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain bar inventory by replenishing stock when needed
- Maintain a consistently clean and well-maintained sales floor and stock room
- Adhere to all the cleaning protocols for all operations in store
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing personality that is focused on our guests and customer service
- Willingness to learn
- Positive team player
- Flexible schedule
- Able to work at least 3 shifts per week
- Ability to work standing, occasionally lift up to 10 kgs. and carry items as required
- **At least 1 year of proven successful retail, customer service, and/or hospitality experience will be an asset, but not a requirement**:
- **MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH and CHINESE (MANDARIN)**
