Construction Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop project plans and specifications
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on construction sites
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with construction inspection and quality control procedures
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting construction plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of electrical systems and construction estimating is a plus
**Salary**: From $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
