Our Customer Care Centre in New Minas, NS is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers and helping to ensure their satisfaction with our services. **This is not a remote position.**

**The Opportunity**:
In this entry-level position, you will focus on outbound calls, contacting our customers to recommend and advise them on their maintenance and preventative services. The goal is to book service appointments and update customer information using our unique database. We are open from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 3 pm Saturdays. Availability to work shifts during these business hours is a requirement. We are located on the second floor of the Hyundai dealership in New Minas, across the hall we have a little gym and a very modern lunchroom where we've been known to host the occasional potluck.

**What we are looking for**:
You are outgoing, confident, a team player, and have a positive personality. You have exceptional phone skills and the confidence to place a high volume of outbound calls. You have good computer skills as we have several software systems. You're a fantastic multitasker and have the desire to provide outstanding customer service.
