**We are currently recruiting for a full-time Large & Complex Loss Project Manager in our Restoration Division. This position will be based out of our Bolton office.**

**THE POSITION**
- Perform site inspections and accurately record all related details of any necessary emergency and repair work
- Ensure the preparation of accurate quotations
- Create and execute project schedules and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Manage existing client relationships and foster and grow new relationships with industry partners
- Consistently meet or exceed industry monitored KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
- Manage project budget/estimates
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for each project
- Work with your team to follow up with outstanding receivables

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- **5-7 years of Project Management experience within the Restoration Insurance industry**:

- Experience using Xactimate is required
- Experience working in or with various trades is considered an asset
- Experience handling large loss claims $200,000 + in value
- Access to own vehicle and a good driving record is required
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team
- IICRC Certifications preferred but not required
