**Position: Food Services Manager - Eurest Corrections**

**Salary**: $61,000 (bonus eligible up to 20%)

Performs a variety of duties in the management, presentation and administration tasks. Performs other related duties such as ordering, receiving, storage, taking inventory, cleaning, account reporting, training, directing and communicating with clients. Also responsible for the preparation, cooking and presenting of special functions as required.

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our **Food Services Managers**, we would ask you to do the following for us:

- Ordering provisions from approved suppliers in accordance with the daily menu.
- Ordering stores in accordance with the facilities requirements.
- Taking receipt of stores and provisions and storing correctly in accordance with procedures.
- Training of all relief staff as required.
- Monitoring and implementation of special diets.
- The preparation, cooking and presenting the required number of meals at the correct time and in the correct condition in accordance with the facilities meal timings.
- Ensuring all safety and hygiene practices are strictly adhered to.
- Reporting in accordance with procedures all damages and repair requirements to designated personnel.
- Ensuring that all company codes, procedures and requirements are fully met.
- Completion of all reports as required. This is to include Inventory extensions, period end summaries the preparation of payroll, purchase summaries, transfer forms, meal count forms and any other related reports as required.
- Invoicing and collection of accounts receivables as necessary.
- Investigate any client or company concerns in the first instance.
- Responsible (in collaboration with the District Manager) for all hiring and discipline of staff.
- Performing other related tasks as required by the District Manager or local Director
- Liaison with the appointed Trade Union

- Must have a minimum of 2 years previous managerial experience in Food Services
- Must have recognized Food Service management papers.
- Must have Foodsafe level two or equivalent certificate.
- Grade 12 or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Must pass and maintain a criminal record check.

**Salary**: $61,000.00 per year
