**Your Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Edits and proofreads correspondence, marketing materials and reports, and prepares a wide range of administrative documents.
- Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing materials
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
- Responsible for taking and distributing internal meeting minutes.

**Qualifications**:

- A college or university graduate, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
- 2+ years experience in a related environment is considered an asset
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proofreading skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Some working experience in a consulting firm providing services to utilities, engineering, power plants or other industrial projects is an asset

**Additional Information**

A requirement of working for Tetra Tech is that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada. (A copy of a valid work permit may be required.)

If you are considered for the position, clearance on all applicable background checks (which may include criminal, identity, educational and security) and professional reference checks is required. Some Tetra Tech positions require an enhanced level of background assessment, which is dictated by law. These positions require advanced criminal record checks that must also be conducted from time to time after commencement of employment.
