We are looking for a skilled and motivated Instagram Content Creator/Social Media Manager to develop and implement engaging content strategies across our social media platforms. This position includes creating, posting, growing and strategizing our social media channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing content, such as images, videos, and written posts, tailored to Instagram platform's requirements and target audience.
- Identify emerging trends and adapt them creatively to suit our brand's messaging.
- Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and content strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting of content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop engaging content that aligns with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation (pictures, videos, graphics) and social media management.
- IOS (iPhone) user.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Solid understanding of the Instagram platform.
- Demonstrated ability to generate creative ideas and think outside the box to develop engaging and shareable content.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads (Meta) is a plus.

Please provide a portfolio showcasing your previous work in content creation and social media management. The portfolio should include examples of written posts, graphics, images, videos, or any other relevant content you have created for social media platforms. You can submit your portfolio in the form of a link to your online portfolio, a PDF document, or any other format that allows us to review your work effectively.

**Salary**: $23.00-$24.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON L4K 1J1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
