**Retail Sales & Social Media Coordinator**

This is a full-time hybrid role that combines two part-time functions**:in-store retail sales** and **social media coordination**. You’ll split your time between helping customers on the floor and developing engaging content that reflects our brand online.

On the **retail side**, you’ll be one of the first people our customers interact with. Your job is to ask good questions, understand what they’re working on, and help them make informed decisions across our categories—paint, flooring, wallpaper, cabinet refinishing, and install services. This isn’t just a cash-and-carry role. You’re here to help customers get results, so you’ll need to be comfortable learning about our products, understanding customer goals, and spotting opportunities to refer leads to our design, project, or PRO sales teams.

On the **social media side**, your job is to capture what’s happening in-store and in the field and turn it into short-form content. You’ll highlight product features, showcase in-progress or completed jobs, promote seasonal campaigns, and bring some of the personality of our stores and team into our online presence. This isn’t a corporate-style marketing role—it’s about being on the ground, noticing things, and helping customers and the public see what makes us different.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
