- Schedule and confirm appointments using Tracker or Abeldent software
- Maintain patient records accurately in electronic medical records systems
- Answer multi-line phone systems, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming for patients
- Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate efficient patient flow

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist for at least 3 years
- Proficiency in Tracker or Abeldent is a must
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry
- Experience with electronic medical records management
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
