**Job description**
**_In this position, you will _**
- Greet visitors, new and existing patients warmly in person.
- Have ethical professional behaviour with patients and staff.
- Create long term loyal patient relationships.
- Provide patients with information about our dental office.
- Prepare and submit predetermination from treatment plans.
- Verify insurance coverage, collect payments, and submit insurance claims electronically.
- Chairside assisting duties for all dental procedures when necessary.
- Prepare and set up operatories in accordance with infection control guidelines.
- Reprocess Cassettes, Dental Instruments, Dental Equipment/Devices.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room, operatories, and steri-centre.
**_In this position, you’ll need _**
- Proficient in ABELDent software.
- Dental background and experience are a must (minimum 1 year).
- Kindness, patience, resilience, and willingness to learn a new working style.
- Willingness to work as a team and adopt our work culture.
- Outstanding Customer Service.
- Multi-tasking and prioritization.
- Knowledge of Spoken Spanish will be an asset.
