**Position Details**:
The Customer Service/Project Supervisor will work out of our office at 793 Zaifman Circle, London, ON N5X 0M9. This is a permanent full-time position of 35 hours of work per week, with an offered salary of **$36 per hour**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the execution of Lin’s Roofing Inc.’s roofing construction projects among roofers and prefabricated product installation and service providers in residential and commercial properties, ensuring adherence to planned specifications, progress milestones and completion deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and customer service deliverance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives for improved productivity among roofing constructions and quality of service to our clients.
- Coordinate the schedule and projects of the construction team, including roofing installers, contractors, purchasing personnel, suppliers, and other tradespeople (glaziers, wood shingle roofers and prefabricated product installers and servicers when the project applies).
- Communicate project updates and deliver site details to B2B clients, including residential and commercial builders, as well as to B2C individual customers on a timely basis.
- Closely supervise the roofing construction team’s progress, identify existing and potential issues with customer service, and implement corrective actions to ensure every end is on track and satisfied.
- Act as the point of contact with housing construction clients, requisition orders, and ensure costs fall within clients’ budgets.
- Build meaningful relationships with commercial clients during and after projects, including initial client onboarding, managing client expectations during the roofing project, obtaining client feedback, after-sales support, and ongoing relationship maintenance.
- Promote a work culture of safety, efficiency, and high customer service quality standards.
- Assist in hiring contractors and tradespeople as needed for roofing and related housing construction projects, ensuring all new team members are qualified and adequately trained.
- Prepare and update all customer service and project-related documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible, including contracts, requisition orders, change orders, site instructions and progress reports.

**Requirements**:

- Education:_
- Completion of a college diploma
- Experience and Skills:_
- At least three years of experience in customer service and project coordinator in housing construction or related fields.
- At least five years of experience in the roofing services, housing construction, or project-based custom manufacturing industries.
- Familiar with the project and customer relationship management cycle, including initial customer acquisition, project supervising, customer service, after-sales support, and ongoing customer relationship management and retention.
- Experienced in construction productivity and efficiency improvement while adhering to quality customer service standards.
- Experienced in working with various trade personnel and coordinating their activities.
- Able to coordinate multiple ongoing projects with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with project teams and other relevant stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of customer service for Chinese-Canadian builders and real estate developers.
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is an asset but not a requirement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
