**About Us**
Boketto is a dessert café located in the River District neighbourhood of South Vancouver, BC. We specialize in matcha and bubble tea beverages, a variety of desserts, and mochi‑waffle creations—and we’re looking for an **Experienced Barista** to join our team

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve matcha‑based and specialty café drinks to our quality standards
- Operate and maintain all café equipment safely and efficiently
- Greet guests warmly and address orders, questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism
- Accurately process cash and credit‑card transactions, following proper cash‑handling procedures
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our menu offerings and recommend items as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized front‑of‑house, kitchen, and workspace at all times
- Assist with light food prep, pastry baking support, and administrative tasks to keep the café running smoothly

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of Canadian barista experience (specialty beverage focus)
- FoodSafe Level 1 certification **required** before start date
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Minimum availability of **three days a week - must be available on weekends**:

- Latte‑art skills and pastry‑baking knowledge are an asset
