*Job Summary* The Executive Chef will oversee the culinary operations and food preparation activities within the establishment. This role requires a creative and experienced professional to lead the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes while ensuring compliance with food safety standards. *Duties* - Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities - Create innovative menus and recipes - Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other team members - Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards - Collaborate with management to develop strategies for enhancing the dining experience - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures *Experience* - Proven experience working in various roles within the food industry - Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling, and sanitation practices - Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
