**Hours**:Full-time (40hrs) and Part-time (15-25hrs/wk)

**Location**:4 Davidson Crt., Burlington, ON

**Wage**: $18 - 20/hr DOE

Worksite is looking for safety-minded professionals who are resourceful, self-motivated and highly organized to support our customers in their safety equipment needs, as well as to conduct customer mask fit tests intermittently throughout the day. This retail sales role will be based out of our **Burlington **retail** location and possible shifts may be Saturday, Sunday (daytime hours) and Monday - Friday (daytime/evenings). There is an opening for one full-time person (40 hrs/wk) and one part-time person (15-25 hrs/wk). Remote-based work is not available.
- Supporting customers in finding the appropriate Worksite Safety equipment for their needs
- Conducting equipment sales transactions (cashless)
- Providing qualitative mask fit testing to individuals with and without scheduled appointments
- Educating mask fit customers on mask use best practices
- Store opening and closing tasks
- Monitoring inventory of training centre materials and supplies
- Resolving customer questions about Worksite training and services
- Other duties as required to support the location and Client Services teams
- 2+ years experience in customer service and sales in a retail environment
- Experience in delivering qualitative mask fit testing preferred
- Experience in an occupational health and safety role preferred
- Education in medical administration or occupational health and safety preferred
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and independent setting
- Working knowledge of and experience using Google Drive and Gmail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Stripe POS
- Ability to prioritize conflicting priorities and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent organization and communication skills
