We are currently looking for a marketing & events coordinator to join our team. If you are creative, organized and have a passion for hospitality, great food & drinks, you’re probably the person we need

As the marketing & events coordinator you’ll be responsible for the full coordination and execution of several projects, while also supporting our restaurant teams in developing ongoing marketing strategy to reach targeted sales and marketing goals.

**As part of your daily work, you’ll have to**:

- Help create local marketing strategies
- Strategically plan and execute marketing activities for all hospitality projects
- Create and manage local offers and promotions
- Assist with Event planning for an array of functions and community events
- Increase group reservations and private gatherings\events
- Prepare marketing related POs and support on accounting activities
- Manage department brainstorming and idea generation sessions
- Support the team in tracking all details and results of campaigns, promotions and stay offers
- Sales building initiatives
- Brand growth strategies & execution

**We are looking for someone with;**
- 2+ years’ experience working in project marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or a related field
- A post-secondary school diploma/degree (Marketing or Business concentrations an asset)
- Superior writing and editing skills
- An ability to provide insight and strategic recommendations to achieve project objectives
- Strong computer skills: a high proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is essential, and a basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is an asset
- Previous experience working in hospitality, travel or tourism industries considered an asset
