ABB Smart Buildings digitally transforms commercial, industrial and residential buildings for the highest comfort, efficiency, safety and security - enhancing quality of life in buildings of the future through safe, smart and sustainable electrification solutions, services and products. Reporting to the director of Supply and Logistics, responsible for management and process of inventories and parameterization. Respond to the inquiries from internal customers. Define the inventory parameters and objectives and ensure adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders. Manage the Material Master database at both the creation and update levels. Provide data and reports to the various stakeholders.

**Your responsibilities**:

- In collaboration with purchasing and engineering, support the creation, extension, or modification of items in the ERP system.
- Calculate and maintain the inventory parameters in the ERP systems: safety stock, order point, batch size, turnaround time, and replenishment strategies.
- Manage MRP exception messages on a daily basis.
- Analyze surplus, obsolete, or aging stocks.
- Define and categorize storage areas in the warehouse.
- Provide specific functional expertise in the field of transport and customs, and contribute to the improvement of the commercial operations.
- Make sure that the processes and instructions of the Trade and Compliance group are respected, draw up the commercial invoices, fill out the export declarations, and respond to all various requests.
- Provide the management team with the reports and KPIs requested.

**Your background**:

- College or university degree with a specialization in stock management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management.
- Superior level of knowledge in ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas, and ability to build dashboards).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- French/English bilingualism is required.
