**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures
- Perform laboratory tests, including blood work and urinalysis
- Administer medications and vaccinations as prescribed by the veterinarian
- Monitor animal patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient
- Provide support to pet owners by educating them on animal care and health issues
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic’s facilities and equipment
- Handle animals safely and humanely, ensuring their comfort during visits

**Qualifications**:

- Certification or degree in Veterinary Technology from an accredited program is preferred
- Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital setting is highly desirable
- Strong laboratory skills, including familiarity with diagnostic equipment and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with pet owners and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners
